PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

1. Payments

1.1 Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to course start date. Courses & workshops under £200 will be payable in full at the time of booking.

1.2 Non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking for courses/workshops over £200. If booking a course or workshop less than 6 weeks in advance full payment is required. 

1.3 Your place can not be guaranteed until full payment has been made.

1.4 If you wish to cancel within 6 weeks of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course fee as a credit towards a future course.

 

2. Cancellations by you

2.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to 6 weeks before the course start date. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a refund of any course fees paid (minus your non-refundable deposit)

2.2 If you wish to cancel within 6 weeks of the course start date you will be entitled to a 50% refund of any course fees paid (minus your non-refundable deposit)

2.3 If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course fee as a credit towards a future course.

2.4 Cancellations must be made in writing to kerry@hertfordshireflowerschool.com 

Please note that refunds can take up to three weeks to process.

 

3 Cancellations by us

3.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.  We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.

3.2 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice.  You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks.

3.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising because of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee.

 

4  Non-Attendance

4.1 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.

4.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.

 

5   Attendance

5.1 If you are unable to complete a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may however, at our own discretion consider a course transfer.
